While we make reasonable efforts to verify advocate enrollment numbers and credentials, Legistro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any profile information. Advocate credentials and qualifications should be independently verified before engaging any advocate for legal matters.
4. No Endorsement
The presence of an advocate's profile on Legistro does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of their services, competence, or suitability for any particular legal matter.
5. Bar Council Rules
Advocates listed on Legistro are subject to the Rules on Professional Standards under the Bar Council of India Rules and the Advocates Act, 1961. Legistro operates as a directory/information platform and not as a medium for soliciting professional employment on behalf of advocates.
6. Third-Party Links
Legistro may contain links to third-party websites or resources (courts, government portals, law databases). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of such external resources.
7. Limitation of Liability
Legistro shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any profile information, or any legal engagement entered into with an advocate found through Legistro.
8. Governing Law
This disclaimer and all related matters are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
